Companies that have gone quiet

A company appears here when nobody has signed in for six months and it is not a paying account. Nothing is ever deleted on its own. The order is: record that you have told them, wait thirty days, download their export, then delete. The export is not a formality — they still need those figures for their own tax returns, and handing it over is the difference between retiring an account and destroying somebody's books.
